Consulting and Case Assistance

Case Management and Consulting Services: Lisa is available to answer questions and guide clients to web, community, state and government resources. She is a nationally certified (CTRS) and state of California certified (RTC) Recreation Therapist with a MS from California State University. She is available to perform assessments, write care plans, review care plans and complete MDS requirements for care facilities. She is also available to create activity schedules and lead activity groups.
Cost $55.00 - 70.00 per hour.

Meal Planning and Preparation: Lisa has been teaching healthy cooking classes in the Tri-Valley since 2005 and is available to educate clients on healthy food choices, grocery store tours and meal preparation. She can prepare meals that are high in nutrients, fiber and flavor without the cholesterol or high sodium. Lisa can prepare healthy alternatives to all your favorites without the guilt.
Cost $25.00 per hour.

Respite Care: Lisa can provide activity based therapies for the client while the primary caregiver takes a much needed break.
